It is an institution of İsas İnşaat, which was put into operation in 2017 under the supervision of the Ministry of National Education. And it has become a favorite Residence for many students in a short time because of its quiet, comfortable and modern space, transportation and location, and its proximity to many universities in the surrounding area.
All of the shared and single bedrooms, which are built to resist earthquakes, have a kitchen, mini fridge, bathroom with toilet, orthopedic bed base, work desk, wardrobe and wireless internet.
In the residence we have 220 beds; There are social and common areas such as TV halls, gymnasium, study rooms, cafeteria, restaurant, cinema hall, conference hall, karaoke room, hairdressers’ rooms, prayer room, car parking, laundry and ironing rooms, generator, and water tank.
We also have a guesthouse where our students can host their guests and friends.
The “EVIM” Residence for female students is a high-level living space for female university students, in the Residence that not only provides residential accommodation, but also provides service to you as if you were in a five-star hotel, where a warm home environment is provided that feels like home.
Residence times
The EVIM Residence for female students provides uninterrupted service for 12 months a year, including public holidays. It is possible for students who are attending a summer school or who are doing an internship to stay in the residence during the summer months.
For students who will stay in the residence during the academic season, a contract is held for the period covering the education season (between September 1 and June 30).

In the rooms specially designed for you to achieve your pleasure in studying; There is a card entry system, kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, TV, work desk, wardrobe, orthopedic bed, wireless fiber internet and generator. The camera system inside the residence is within the closed circuit for security and protection only, and it is only present in common areas such as gardens, cafeterias, and entrances.
Of course, you can leave, as there are large areas and special warehouses to keep things.
