In all our room types where all your needs are taken into account, bed, desk, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet, armchair, extra storage space, refrigerator.
Room rates Electricity, water, heating/cooling, fiber internet, gym, cinema room, PlayStation corner, all common areas, security, room cleaning twice a week, bed linen change once a week.
Breakfast and dinner are available inside the residence, or you can prepare your food through the shared kitchens inside the residence.
Entry and exit hours: 06:00-02:00
The camera system inside the residence is within the closed circuit for security and protection only, and it is only present in common areas such as gardens, cafeterias, and entrances.
We love animals too, but alas… pets are not allowed at Nova Residence.
Of course, you can leave, as there are large areas and special warehouses to keep things.
