How safe is our residence? What precautions do we take?
For the peace and security of our students, security is provided by our administration 24 hours a day from our security staff. Our dormitories are monitored by security cameras 24 hours a day.
In addition, in our dormitories, which are contracted with a private security company, you can feel safe day and night. Our accommodation buildings, which are equipped with the latest fire cabinets, alarm systems and equipment as standard, are complete and ready to intervene with all fire and security measures taken.
Do you belong to any association or institution?
We operate with permission and license from the Ministry of National Education. We are not affiliated with any similar association, foundation, think tank or organization. In line with the principles and objectives of the Private Residences Department, we continue our services with the aim of providing Atatürk, contemporary, cosmopolitan, secular and scientific housing services. There is no discrimination based on anyone’s opinion or clothing.
I would like information about heating systems in residential buildings
Our buildings are heated with central heating systems equipped with the latest technology. Our heating systems are checked daily by our technical team in the morning and evening.
What are the services and social activities that take place in your residence?
Meeting nights, graduations and spirits are held every year in this huge family where peace and happiness are felt and no face ever loses its smile. In nice weather, activities such as picnics, excursions to the historic district and nearby towns, and cinema, theater, and concerts are held in the evenings throughout the year.
I would like information about the length of stay and the length of stay in the dormitories
The housing fee is inclusive throughout the academic year and can be used for summer school, training, etc.. during public and religious holidays and as per the requirements of the students. You can get information from the Boarding Directorate about our accommodation prices during the summer period.
Can I pre-register over the phone or online?
You can pre-register by phone or online. Those who wish to make a pre-registration and reservation can contact us by filling out the pre-registration form on our website or by sending an e-mail to our e-mail address.
How do I choose my roommates?
You can register at the beginning of the term for the same room as the friend or friends you wish to stay with. If you do not have details, our education officials will provide you with information about housing departments, social and cultural structure, etc. So choose your roommate in the appropriate ways.
What if I don’t get along with my roommate during the semester?
Although we rarely have disagreements, our Dormitory Managers will move our students to another equivalent room or to another branch if they wish.

- The information you enter in the registration form must belong to you
- Online registration is a pre-registration
- You have the right to make changes and cancellations after the pre-registration process
- When choosing a room and bed, you need to decide which bed you want. You can see the position of the bed you want in the room by looking at the picture below to choose the bed
- After the completion of the pre-registration process, housing officials will contact you shortly and send you the documents required for registration after transferring the necessary information.

- There are enough rooms for one and up to 6 people in the residence.
- There are two bathrooms outside each room with a washbasin and a toilet
- There is hot water 24 hours a day
- There is one desk, chair, bed, wardrobe and shoe rack for each student in each room
- Each room has a wastebasket, shoe rack, bathroom accessories and an intercom as equipment
- The lighting system is the ideal lighting for the study
- All room doors have a room lock
- The rooms are heated with central heating
- There is one TV in each room
- Wired and wireless internet is available in every room
- Each room has a refrigerator
- Students’ own lockers, they are handed their own double keys.

Octane Student Residence provides various options for student rooms, starting from single rooms for one person to shared rooms for four people, and there are also rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. You can choose between dozens of options available to us for student rooms.
Room rates Electricity, water, heating/cooling, fiber internet, gym, cinema room, playstation corner, all common areas, security, room cleaning twice a week, bed linen change once a week.
Breakfast and dinner are available inside the residence, or you can prepare your food through the shared kitchens inside the residence.
Entry and exit hours: 06:00-02:00
The camera system inside the residence is within the closed circuit for security and protection only, and it is only present in common areas such as gardens, cafeterias, and entrances.
Of course, you can leave, as there are large areas and special warehouses to keep things.
