The Studio Central family is committed to ensuring that we make our students feel at home, and we are always ready to find immediate solutions to your requests and problems and provide you with our services 24/7. Our expert staff provides guidance and counseling services to students.
We ensure that security personnel are present 24/7 and all common areas, walkways, sides and entrances are monitored by a closed camera system.
Our nursing staff monitors the health of all our students, assists those in need of medical observation and, if necessary, escorts them to a nearby hospital.
Our dormitory consists of two different parts: Block A and Block B, with a capacity of 350 students. Our rooms are comfortably designed in line with your needs, we have three room types available: single, double and quadruple rooms. In order to provide uninterrupted electricity service to our students, there is a generator in case of a power outage, a central air conditioning system for your comfort during the summer months, and a central heating system during the winter months.
We also provide handicapped rooms for our students who need physical assistance, specially equipped to meet all these needs.
We try to take care of all your needs, you can just focus on your studies. Your rooms are cleaned twice a week, bed linen is changed once a week, rubbish is collected on a daily basis, and common areas are cleaned routinely. If you want to make your life easier, feel free to use our laundry cleaning services.

Our rooms are as comfortable as a hotel room and designed ergonomically with all the needs and requirements of our students in mind
These rooms are designed for two students, but they can also be rented by one student. These rooms have 16 square meters indoor use space, including bed, wardrobe, mini fridge, writing table and chair, bookcase, digital safe for each student, and bathroom. We provide free WiFi so that students can easily access the necessary sources of information required for their academic studies.
Each room also has a fixed land line to communicate with other students in the residence for free and receive incoming calls. On request, you can also rent TV units.
Rooms are cleaned three times a week, bed linen is changed once a week and garbage is collected on a daily basis. There is a central air conditioning system in every room and inside the dorm, and students can adjust the temperature using remote controls.
There is also a shared kitchen on each floor for students who wish to cook their own food. These common areas are cleaned on a daily basis.

Room rates Electricity, water, heating/cooling, fiber internet, gym, cinema room, playstation corner, all common areas, security, room cleaning twice a week, bed linen change once a week.
Breakfast and dinner are available inside the residence, or you can prepare your food through the shared kitchens inside the residence.
Entry and exit hours: 06:00-02:00
The camera system inside the residence is within the closed circuit for security and protection only, and it is only present in common areas such as gardens, cafeterias, and entrances.
Of course, you can leave, as there are large areas and special warehouses to keep things.
